TRAID supports Africa Now

UK charity TRAID (Textile Recycling for Aid and International Development) is helping Africa Now's new Ethical Business Services project by contributing an incredible £50,000 towards its Export Trade Project.

The Export Trade Project is helping to alleviate poverty by empowering low income households in Kenya to benefit from opportunities posed by increased global trade. Thanks to the help of TRAID, a charity fighting global poverty through its clothes recycling activities, Africa Now has been able to financially secure £50,000 towards its three year EBS project ensuring that 5,000 small-scale farmers and 25,000 low income workers are benefiting from the growing international market.

Africa Now would like to thank TRAID for their incredible contribution towards the Export Trade Project. Thank you TRAID!
